Sperma Test – Rapid fertility test for men

Sperma Test is a home in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of SP-10 protein in semen. It allows you to assess whether the sperm count in the sample is above or below 15 million/ml – the threshold considered by the WHO to be the limit for normal male fertility.

How to read the results

• Two lines (C and T) – Sperm concentration 15 million/ml (positive result).
• One line (C) – Sperm concentration < 15 million/ml (negative result).
• No control line (C) – Invalid test, repeat the test.

How to use Sperma Test

• Refrain from sexual activity for 3–7 days before the test.
• Collect semen in a clean and dry container
• Leave the sample at room temperature for 60 minutes to liquefy.
• Using a pipette, apply a measured amount of sample to the reagent tube.
• Perform the test according to the instructions and read the result after 5-10 minutes.
